  1. How do I place an order for flowers?
  • To place an order, simply browse our selection, choose your favourite arrangement, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
  1. Can I customize my flower arrangement?
  • Yes, you can! Contact our customer support team, and they'll assist you in creating a personalized bouquet to match your preferences.
  1. What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept credit cards, including Visa & MasterCard, We also offer secure payment options like PayPal.
  1. What's your delivery area and cost?
  • We provide Cheltenham delivery, Mentone, Moorabbin, Heatherton, Parkdale and surrounding areas. The delivery cost varies depending on your location and the delivery option selected. You can check the delivery cost during checkout. Or see a more detailed list on our delivery page.
  1. How soon can I expect my flowers to be delivered?
  • Delivery times vary, but we offer options for same-day and next-day delivery. During checkout, you can choose the most convenient delivery date and time.
  1. What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
  • If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll work with you to make it right, whether through a replacement or refund.
  1. Do you offer international delivery?
  • Currently, we only deliver within Melbourne. 
  1. Are the flowers fresh and long-lasting?
  • Absolutely, we take pride in using fresh, high-quality blooms. With proper care, our flowers can last for an extended period. Be sure to follow our care tips for longevity. We buy for each order so don’t stock a lot of flowers unless they are pre-ordered. This means our blooms last a lot longer then the standard shops.
  1. How can I track my order's delivery status?
  • Once your order has been delivered, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can call to find out exact times if you wish. 
  1. Can I include a personalized message with my order?
  • Certainly! During the checkout process, you can add a personalized message, which we'll include with your flowers. If we don't receive a card message we usually touch base just in case it’s been forgotten or missed off the order.
  1. Do you offer flower subscriptions or special promotions?
  • At the moment we don’t offer this service, but if it's something you are interested in by all means touch base with Nat and we can work out a suitable subscription for you. 
  1. How can I contact customer support?
